Hoshizaki IM machines produce exceptionally hard, crystal clear ice cubes at minus 25 degrees Centigrade. This ice melts very slowly, allowing customers to sip their cooled drinks over a long period. Different sizes of ice cubes are available depending on the application of the drink served.
The water spray system of Hoshizaki IM machines prevents any over spraying during ice making process, reducing the possibility of bacteria. It includes an automatic flush - rinse programme which operates after every cycle. This ensures every individually made ice cube is made from fresh water, making this system very hygienic.
Even in high ambient temperatures, Hoshizaki IM machines are durable and reliable making them suitable across all sizes of bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets and hotels.
