Hoshizaki KM machines produce hard and clear crescent shape ice which is very free moving and which packs together very tightly achieving maximum ice storage capacity. This makes it ideal for drink cooling when a high degree of displacement is required - typically for bars, soft drinks in fast food outlets, or for fish transport and display.
The vertical stainless steel evaporator is exceptionally durable and maintenance free. The cubes produced are crstal clear and impurities fall away leaving only the purest water to freeze.
